The PALCS Young Leaders Program is based on two core foundations of effective leadership and positive change for young people: Personal Leadership and Service Leadership.
In thePersonal Leadership modules, students discover that leadership is not only what you do, but who you are. Course content focuses on essential principles and practices for Leadership, Team Power, and skills for building your Mental Power, Emotional Power, and Physical Power to lead and serve others.
In the Service Leadership modules, students discover ways to collaborate with others to make our world better. Course content focuses on “leadership as service,” and provides tools and approaches for students to plan and implement hands-on, practical service leadership projects.
