Originally a Computer Science Major, Mrs. DiSciullo "switched to teaching after tutoring Calculus at the college I attended. It was so much more fun! I knew then, teaching was what I wanted to do. Also, as a beach lover, I was attracted to the summer vacations."
At PALCS, DiSciullo enjoys "being able to create a course to fit the student. A teacher has plenty of flexibility. Probably my favorite part of PALCS is the multimedia classroom. It is a great tool allowing the teacher to work with students on an individual basis or small group. I enjoy meeting students in the classroom to help them 'see the light.'"
Before coming to PALCS, Mrs. DiSciullo taught for 12 years in the Ocorata School District.
Mrs. DiSciullo would also like to share that she is "married with three children ages 9, 6 and 4. The oldest child is a girl and then two boys. My future plans include teaching until I retire in Longport, New Jersey."
