PALCS continues to offer a wide range of engaging courses to all grade levels, which is a factor in our #1 online school in PA ranking. PALCS offers world language and coding courses to students starting in Kindergarten, a range of individualized academic difficulty in all grade levels, and offers over 20 AP courses. Course rosters can largely be adapted to student needs and interests, and our flexible schedule means families all across Pennsylvania can complete schoolwork at their own daily pace.
As a leader in online education, PALCS teachers have instructed and developed the majority of our current courses for over a decade, and returning courses for the 2021-2022 school year in elementary, middle, and high school remain strong. For middle school students needing extra support, our SOAR Program now offers a Skills Academy for students in 6th grade. For high school students, we now have enhanced Arts and Humanities offerings, including two new Drawing courses, an Art of Architecture course, Multimedia Music, and Music Composition. We have also continue to offer some popular electives, such as Zoology and AP Macroeconomics.
