Brief Biography: Mr. Heiland has spent close to a decade of his professional career engaged in the operational management of educational institutions. He decided in 2014 to further his education by completing a Masters in Human Resource Management and to tangibly apply his experience and education to the field of HR. “I have never worked within an organization that has such a strong sense of community and purpose and I am very enthusiastic about being a part of it”, says Mr. Heiland.
Mr. Heiland is married with a daughter and is a long time resident of the West Chester area. Oustide of PALCS, he enjoys spending time with his family, working outdoors and mountain biking.
