Brief Biography: Prior to joining PALCS, Ms. Licate worked as a school counselor for 14 years at Chester County Intermediate Unit, Owen J. Roberts School District, along with a few other school districts. Ms. Licate desired to focus on the career exploration and the career development aspects of school counseling, which drew her to this role at PALCS. In addition to her experience as a school counselor, Ms. Licate is an author of a series of social emotional learning books geared toward students in upper elementary through middle school that are published by Boys Town Press.
