Brief Biography: Ms. Miller has had an extensive career in real estate and public service. She is the current Chester County Deputy Register of Wills and Clerk of the Orphan’s Court, was a CFO and leader for property management companies based in Downingtown and Philadelphia, and was a School Board Director for the West Chester Area School District.
