Brief Biography: Before coming to PALCS, Mr. Baskwill taught at the Department of Defense High School in Guam. He likes the challenge teaching math provides and shares, “I enjoy teaching math because even though many students claim to have a strong dislike for the subject, they feel good about themselves when they are able to figure out a difficult problem.”
