Education: Bachelor of Arts in History, Penn State University
Brief Biography: Mr. Kelly graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2018 with a B.A. in History and a minor in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). Prior to working at PALCS, Mr. Kelly was employed at Vanguard as a Retirement Plan Services Specialist. PALCS has served as a home away from home since July of 2020 when he was initially hired as an Orientations Representative during the early months of the Covid-19 Pandemic. He looks forward to building new relationships with all the members of PALCS staff and continuing to help deliver an outstanding education for all PALCS students. In his free time, Mr. Kelly enjoys playing and coaching soccer, hiking, and snowboarding.
