Brief Biography: Before becoming a teacher, Mrs. Gross worked for many years managing medical practices, including being in charge of hiring employees. “I realized that so many applicants were not equipped to complete simple processes in the office and not prepared to even complete the interview process. I decided I wanted to see that change and the only way to do that was to teach,” explains Mrs. Gross. She returned to school to become a business/technology teacher so she “could teach students to be better adults and to be better prepared to enter the professional world and become employable. I am living that dream with my students here at PALCS – I start them learning the practical applications they need in our Middle School business courses and I love it!”
