Brief Biography: Mrs. Cottom has been in the education field for 21 years. Prior to joining the PALCS team she has been a gifted resource teacher and classroom teacher. The last two years were spent as a virtual teacher for Virtual Virginia. Mrs. Cottom grew up in the Pittsburgh area and recently moved back to the area with her husband and two sons.
