Brief Biography: Christine is so excited to join PALCS after teaching middle school and high school English for over ten years. Sharing her love of literature and writing is a passion and the best part about teaching is watching her students develop and use their voice as they learn the power of words. She loves reading (historical fiction is the current favorite) and is always excited to take recommendations and share them as well. Christine is looking forward to getting to know the students of PALCS and sharing her love of reading and words with them. When not teaching or reading Christine and her husband can be found on hiking trails in better weather (she loves recommendations for new trails and spaces) and exploring museums and historical sites in not-so-nice weather. She can also be found in the garden, spending time with her family, listening to all genres of music (suggestions for artists always welcome), and relearning the piano.
