Brief Biography: It is with great enthusiasm that Mrs. Garrow will begin her administrative career with PALCS Elementary School. Along with the excitement, Mrs. Garrow is honored to continue her career with our PALCS community. Mrs. Garrow aims to inspire and empower our youth, as well as the opportunity to positively impact the families and staff in support of our students. Mrs. Garrow is looking forward to preparing students to be informed, responsible citizens with a global mentality who will succeed through mentoring leadership.
Mrs. Garrow is married, has a middle school aged daughter and owns a crazy adopted dog and a guinea pig. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, vacationing and relaxing at her camper in Maryland.
