Brief Biography: Ms.Outten recently graduated from Millersville University and is excited to get her career started as a Middle School Academic Advisor at PALCS. She has found her passion in helping students reach their goals and prepare them to work independently. She looks forward to meeting with students to provide support academically. Ms. Outten is currently working towards her Masters in Social Work at Millersville University and is excited to continue her education while working at PALCS.
