Education: High School Graduate of PALCS 2016
Brief Biography: Before working with PALCS, Ms. Defino spent 7 years as a receptionist for lawyers in their delinquent tax collection department. She enjoyed getting to know the clients and being able to form personal connections with them. She can’t wait to get to know all of the PALCS families too! In her free time, Ms. Defino enjoys gardening, playing with her dog, and listening to music. She spends her weekends in search of a new coffee shop, or trying new experiences. She is very excited for all the new adventures with PALCS!
