Brief Biography: Mrs. Horsey-Miller is a passionate educator who loves working with students. Her experience includes being a classroom teacher of middle and high school grades, as well as a background in educational non-profit and undergraduate admissions and financial aid. She looks forward to being part of the PALCS community!
