Brief Biography: Before coming to PALCS, Ms. Martini taught high school English in Philadelphia. Ms. Martini is certified to teach English, Social Studies, and has her Program Specialist Certification as a Teacher of English to Speakers of other Languages. Ms. Martini’s passion for supporting young people through their adolescent and teen years is what inspired her to teach. She believes that all students should have at least one adult who is always in their corner as they face the mental, social, and emotional changes that come with growing up. She is passionate about connecting with students and incorporating social and emotional learning strategies into her classes. Ms. Martini is looking forward to learning from her students and colleagues at PALCS, and meeting her students where they are in their educational journeys!
