Brief Biography: Mrs. Ashe has always wanted to be a math teacher. “Since I was a young girl, you could find me teaching math to my stuffed animals, with Snoopy being my star student,” she shared. “I began my “official” teaching career teaching middle school in Flemington, New Jersey. After getting married to my husband, Tom, I moved to Connecticut and continued to teach middle school math in Ridgefield. We then moved to Pennsylvania and I took some time off and stayed home with my boys, Tommy and Connor. I missed teaching, so I worked part time as an instructor at Delaware County Community College and tutored young teens. This is where I learned about PALCS and became interested in the idea of cyber teaching. I returned to teaching full time in 2015 at a local brick and mortar school, but when the opportunity rose to come to PALCS, I jumped at the chance. I can’t wait to use my past experiences and my enthusiasm for learning math with my students here at PALCS.”

Mrs. Ashe adds that outside of school, she can be found on the sidelines cheering at her boys’ sporting events. She is a proud soccer, baseball, basketball, and mountain bike racing mom.
