Brief Biography: Prior to coming to PALCS, Ms. Kinney worked in a learning-support classroom for the Octorara Area School District for 9 years. She has two twins: a boy and a girl. She enjoys walking, hiking, reading, and photography. Ms. Kinney is a Pittsburgh Steelers and Philadelphia Phillies fan.
