Brief Biography: Ms. Fraser is a 2013 graduate of PALCS. She attended school here for 6 years, which inspired her to major in Information Technology at CCAC. Along the way, Ms. Fraser also found her love for art. She enjoys drawing in her free time, as well as reading and hiking.
