Brief Biography: Mr. Juliano grew up and currently lives in West Chester. “I may be biased but it is the best place to live in Pennsylvania,” he says. Before working at PALCS, Mr. Juliano worked at the YMCA through college and always knew he wanted to be a teacher. “Some of the best benefits of working at PALCS center around the pioneering spirit that all of the stake holders bring to education.”
