Brief Biography: Mrs. Ruby-Birunas has always had a passion for helping students. Before PALCS Mrs. Ruby-Birunas worked at Widener University as a Program Coordinator for the Office of Civic Engagement where she supported students who earned a scholarship for community service. She also has over 10 years experience working with students with special needs and mental health diagnoses. Mrs. Ruby-Birunas looks forward to connecting with students and their families at PALCS while providing support and setting clear expectations for success!
