Brief Biography: Ms. Totman has always had the needs of others as a top priority. Before joining PALCS, Ms. Totman worked as a Social Worker at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Ms. Totman is excited to join PALCS to provide a nurturing environment through communication and patience, encourage positive change, strive for success with students . “It is a privilege to have the opportunity help others set and achieve their goals”.
