Brief Biography: Melissa is a graduate of Wilmington University with a dual degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. Over two decades of her career was spent teaching grades K through 3rd grade. She wanted to make a change to the administrative side of education so she became a director of a childcare facility. Her passion for elementary education has lead her to PALCS where she is happily assisting the administration and teaching staff.
