Biography: Having worked in the human service field for the last 5 years has given Ms. Bailey the experience of working with people. She has been able to build her skill sets in effective communication, cultural competency, organization and critical thinking. Entering my her position as a middle school academic advisor, she is excited to be the bridge to helping children achieve their academic potential and milestones. Me. Bailey has had the opportunity to work in the child welfare system and understand the importance of education; and how it helps in bridging the gap.
