Brief Biography: Ms. Harrigan came to PALCS with experience student-teaching and assisting a teacher who ran a class for the homeless and runaway youths. She shares, “My initial interest in education came from volunteer work as a classroom tutor for runaway youths. Later, my interests in academic publishing and educational research turned toward education.” Based on her past volunteer experience, Ms. Harrigan says that she, “firmly believes that families need and deserve diverse learning opportunities.”
