Brief Biography: As a former parent of two children who graduated successfully at PALCS from 2006-2018, “It is a pleasure helping the families have peace of mind with a bright outlook in the future to succeed at PALCS!” Ms. Fraser was a cosmetologist since 1982 and a former salon chain manager for the Regis Corporation/ Cosmetology Educator until 2021 when this exciting opportunity happened to work in Admissions with PALCS families. Spending time with family, pets, listening to music and hiking on wooded trails are great past time for Ms. Fraser!
