Education: Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance, Kutztown University
Brief Biography: Ms. Osborne has been working at PALCS since 2008 in the Student Services department. He loves being a part of a diverse team with so many great people, and enjoys the unique challenges that the many facets of his department present to him at work. He also enjoys photography, bothering his brother, Mr. Graham Osborne, PALCS teacher, on The Portal, the school’s weekly talk show. He plays drums and percussion semi-professionally in a variety of different music organizations. Mr. Osborne lives outside Philadelphia with his wife Bethann, and their rescue cat Killian.
