Brief Biography: Mr. Carr has a passion for teaching and literature. Before working at PALCS, he spent 11 years teaching in Philadelphia. He is excited to be in an online educational setting and help cultivate student growth throughout the school year. He has a wife and a Boston Terrier, Sunday Belle. He looks forward to connecting with students and showing others the benefit of online learning
