Brief Biography: Mr. Lasay spent most of his career in MH/IDD since 2004. Working with individuals with special needs inspired him to pursue his career in Special Education. His experience in teaching in multi-grade level and school-age to adult transition encourage him to explore various education platform to help students reach their full potentials and become great leaders and members in our society. Mr. Lasay is honored and excited to be a part of PALCS and look forward to collaborate with the teaching team to carry out its mission to each and every student.
