More about Ms Courtney Kofeldt

Ms. Kofeldt started working at PALCS in 2010 as a high school English teacher. Over the years, her passion for what technology can do for education blossomed and she added Technology Coordinator to her job title two years ago in addition to English teacher. This year, she has taken on the position of the PALCS Technology Coordinator full time. She is no longer teaching high school English and although she does miss being an English teacher and interacting with students, she feels that she can reach more students and make a bigger impact with her new position. As Technology Coordinator, she acts as a coach/resource for teachers when they are working with new systems and programs as well as manages students’ accounts for online programs.
During her time as Technology Coordinator, PALCS has adopted Google Apps for Education and added a new Learning Management System, Canvas. Currently, some of her favorite learning tools include mirPod for presentations and Google Drive.

Ms. Kofeldt has presented at several conferences including iNacol, PETE & C, and K12 Online, she is also a Nearpod PioNear, Google Certified Educator (Level 2), Symbaloo Certified and a Tackk Advocate.

On behalf of everyone at PALCS, we would like to congratulate our Technology Coordinator Ms. Courtney Kofeldt on her accomplishment of being a top ELearning Influencer.
