Brief Biography: Aimee has been teaching Earth, space science and physical science to gifted and academically advanced learners at the University Scholars Program (USP) since 2019. Prior to joining USP, she was a mobile educator for the Science in Motion program at Ursinus College. Aimee enjoys planning engaging, phenomenon-based lessons that build on students’ natural curiosity and help them develop strong foundational science skills. Her goals are to help students think critically, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly.
Aimee serves as the Dean of Students at USP. She is also the professional development coordinator and co-coach of the middle school FIRST LEGO League robotics team. When she isn’t teaching or spending time with her three grown children, Aimee enjoys reading, gardening, and crafting.
